The hotel staff is extremely polite. Awesome breakfast and great food. Simple check-in and friendly customer service. Good pool to relax in. Particularly good location, really close to a night club.

we really liked the furnishing style, central location. great hotel to explore the area. pool great for children. arcade nice and big.

buffet in the evening was not quite our taste. the fridays station is absolutely sensational.

two baths were of course the bang. comfortable bed.

unfortunately, desk had not been cleaned. stains everywhere from the previous guest.

The hotel is clean and located near two bars. The breakfast is wonderful. The room is impressive with a very comfortable bed and great views. The location is close to a "food court," the Gondola at Heavenly, and a Midwestern Family restaurant. They have a cigar bar with complimentary drinks.

The large size of the room, the bedding, the big sofa. The staff is efficient and pleasant.

The breakfast table is uncomfortable. A coffee maker or kettle would have been appreciated.

beautiful view of the lake from the 11th floor. two bathrooms with toilets are rare. friday's station was a first-class restaurant. breakfast was very good in the american river.

second restaurant (forest buffet) is not recommended.

Large rooms with bath and shower. Two WC . Restaurant on the 18th floor, food very good. Sunset was a great experience!

The staff here is super quick and friendly, especially the housekeepers. The room is all fancy and charming, plus you get an amazing view of the lake 🌅.

addition of coffeemaker in the room would have been nice, no free internet, cost of using business center was too high for me...

The service from the Valet parking to the Check in were fast and friendly and very helpful with suggesting areas we might be interested in. The room was clean and had a nice sitting area. It was a no smoking room and there was no hint that it had ever been a smoking room. the location mad it easy to take in all of Lake Tahoe and not have to go out of the way to find anything. The Casino was fun and did not smell like an ashtray! Tops in my book.

The beds were very hard which made sleeping very difficult. The pillows were old and flattened and the carpet was in great need of replacement or at least a good re-stretch.
